Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Large Orders: Orders over £100 can not be returned back to us if there is nothing wrong with it.

Exchanges: For a quick exchange, you can return the item you have, and upon acceptance of the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any justification. The same eligibility criteria for returns apply: the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
